Career Counseling

We are committed to provide the best guidance and career counselling services to each child at Lancers. We believe that no two children are the same. Hence, we invest a lot of time to understand the interests and aptitudes of every child. So that he can make the best possible decision for his future.

We want our students to succeed in school, college and their work lives. For this purpose, students are encouraged to choose the right subjects and follow their passions. Every child at Lancers knows that the right career option is a combination of what they enjoy doing and what they are good at. To identify this, we offer the following services to our students:

• Guest Presentations
• Parent-interactions

We have an ever-growing Career Information Centre to provide our students with the latest information on careers and university admissions. We ensure a smooth transition from school to college by a series of planned interventions throughout the last academic year. Students are assisted at every step to sail through their college admission process.
