Trips and Travel

The school office deals with travel arrangements. All foreign passport holders must hand in their passports on arrival so that your FRRO registration can be made. Ideally they should renew their passport if it is due to expire during the semester before they come. Please keep a personal track of renewal dates for your passport and visa. Students are expected to respond immediately to any requests for passports, photos or signatures. Your passport can be lodged with the office for safe keeping, we advise this. If you choose to keep it yourself the school cannot be held responsible if it is lost. Students should check early that their parents have made arrangements for their departure for holidays and instructed the school about this. The School will arrange school parties to go to the Airport from the evening of the last day of school and for the next day. On return to school arrangements will be made to pick up students from the airport on the day before and on the day they are due to report to school.

School Trips

From time to time students will be taken out of school for educational trips and excursions in and around Gurgaon. The parents of boarders will be asked to sign a general waver for these trips at the beginning of the semester. For longer overnight trips to more distant destinations the School will send you a detailed itinerary, a cost slip and a permission slip for you to sign. Boarders will be taken out over some weekends. These trips will be either cultural or adventure type excursions.
