The Handbook also aims to give a concise summary of the values and policies which govern the day to day running of the school together with an indication of future directions. The Staff Handbook is the counterpart of the Parent/Student Handbook. Staff should study both Handbooks so that they have a clear idea of the kind of organisation they have joined and have a clear understanding of our shared vision of the school. LIS is a new school and we will be building the school together. Changes will take place and this document will be updated on a regular basis as we develop. We hope that we have an enduring and enjoyable partnership.
