The use of technology is promoted by Lancers International School, by providing a well-equipped technology friendly campus. LIS campus is fully wi-fii and is equipped with the facilities, which encourages student’s in the 21st century to enthusiastically explore while applying their knowledge.
When a student is faced with technology at all aspects of its student life, a whole new way of learning generates. We ensure to integrate technology into the curriculum in order to provide opportunities that can energize teaching and enhance student learning.
The school has ensured that our students and teachers have access to the world’s leading resources, such as the tech- design laboratories, mobile labs, along with computers found in the libraries.
The school’s Primary department has access to a fully equipped computer lab, for building up enthusiasm interest and creating new challenges for our growing students towards technical skills.
The campus is set up for laptop usage and hence we recommend the use of personal laptops. The classrooms are fully equipped with digital boards there forth making it simple for our faculty to integrate laptops usage into their everyday teaching, making the mode of instructions easier. This helps teachers provide the 21st-century skills required for research, collaborations, and communication without replacing their interpersonal classroom teaching.
LIS promotes Apple as “Apple is know an a leader in education support with a wealth of recourses which ensures that a school’s education program runs smoothly. The seamless integration of applications, cross- platform compatibility, and a secure operating system allow for maximum education use with minimal support needed.
LIS has contacted Apple, Inc, and hence we are able to provide a laptop scheme for pupils and for our faculty. This scheme is only available through the school shop. A brand new Apple MacBook with a discounted price (the price unavailable any where else) along with a reassurance of full support from the school’s IT Department. Each laptop will come along with its 2-year’s warranty which would be processed directly from Apple.

The advantage of buying the laptop from the School Shop:
- Discounted Price that LIS offers.
- Hassel free, as the computer would be ready to switch on and use.
The IT Department would install all the required software’s within a few days of purchase. (Please email it@lis.ac.in to book an appointment for software installation or any additional help).
- The laptop will also have the latest anti-virus software installed.
There would be workshops held from time to time by the school’s IT
department in order to help our students adjust and feel comfortable using
Apple MacBooks.

– they are supplied subject to availability.
If you would like to order a laptop please fill in the order form, which is available at the school shop, and get it signed by the Accounts Department. After receiving the laptop, an appointment should be made with the IT department (by emailing it@lis.ac.in) in order for the necessary configuration to be made for the specific student. Please note that no support from the
school’s IT department would be provided for non- school provided software. In cases where re forming would is needed, the school would not be responsible for any loss of data or software.
